Frank Gay Commercial is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Estimator to become a part of our team.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Plumbing estimation which includes utilizing information, data, and photo/video collected by our Outside Sales Team . This candidate must be well organized, hands-on, self-motivated and dependable with the drive to succeed in a challenging and fast paced environment.

3 + years of estimating experience in the Plumbing industry with a proven track record is required

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

What you will do:

• Accurately estimate plan/spec and plumbing projects using computer estimating systems and other related software
• Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships
• Perform site surveys and attend pre-bid walkthroughs
