This role is ideal for someone who already interacts with property managers, facility directors, contractors, or business owners—and can turn those existing relationships into closed opportunities.
This is an independent contractor, commission‑only opportunity with no set hours, no reporting requirements beyond basic deal updates, and no mandatory daily canvassing.

Relationship-Based Lead Generation
- Leverage your current network of property managers, facility directors, contractors, developers, and commercial businesses
- Identify businesses that may need HVAC, plumbing, or electrical repairs, replacements, or maintenance
Networking & Market Presence
- Keep FGCS top-of-mind within your professional circles
- Share our capabilities with contacts who could benefit from reliable commercial services
Deal Facilitation
- Provide basic context and introductions
Our team handles site walks, onboarding, quality control, and collections—your job is simply to sell
What You Need to Succeed
- Strong existing relationships in commercial HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Property Management, or related fields
- Previous Outside Sales or Business Development experience (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to communicate professionally and open doors to decision-makers
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage your own networking activities
- Must pass Background Check, Drug Screen, and Driver’s License verification
- Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor
