As a helper, you will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• Handle tools and equipment necessary for HVAC projects, ensuring they are properly maintained and used.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs under the supervision of experienced technicians.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Learn and apply knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a construction or HVAC-related role is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in HVAC work.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if applicable).
